General Information


We do not warehouse our product. Each chair and table is individually built to order request. Our lead-time usually runs 4-8 weeks, but can vary depending on the number of in-house orders. We will gladly provide you with our current lead-time at the  origin of your order.

We ship prepaid freight by common carrier. By working closely with several different companies who offer competitive rates and customer satisfaction, we are able to keep freight charges to less than 10% of your total in-house invoice when ordering multiple pieces. Because carrier lines charge by weight, multiple pieces generally ship for the same price as one piece. We are also able to drop ship to your customer's homes or offices for an additional small fee. For your convenience, Ashlen accepts Visa/MasterCard payments as well as checks and money orders. A deposit is requested at time of order and balance will be due prior to shipping. Please keep in mind that Ashlen builds per customer request, therefore all orders must be in writing and sent either by email, fax or mail. Customers may fax or email their purchase orders early to reserve production dates, however chairs will enter production only after a deposit is received.
