Each chair is hand-crafted using the original Three Wood Construction of the 18th Century. Native 2 inch white pine seats are deeply carved and hand-shaped. Hard maple legs and stretchers give each chair its stability. Oak bendings and spindles provide strength and flexibility. The legs and spindles are hand-wedged.
